From the outside it used to look like it would sell just bud light and crack under the counter, in fact they have a great selection of all types of booze, so automatic 5 star, then recently they got rid of the 50 cent posters and put up some boring signs promoting their wares, great place though, friendly service
A surprisingly deep selection of spirits, especially rum. Also some lesser known imported sours and ciders.
Surprisingly great selection for bourbon, liqueur, and other alcoholic beverages even though it's a smaller shop. The staff is also amazingly courteous and helpful.
Kind of looks rundown but the selection is great. They probably have 20 different amaros 15 different vermouths. Tons of liqueurs. Great selection and friendly staff
Superb selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, nice range of cigars, great snacks and excellent opening hours. What's not to like? This is what neighborhood liquor stores should be all about. Five stars.
It's a liquor store. They sometimes have these bins of discounted drinks. Not sure if they still do but they have decent prices!!
Good selection and generally competitive prices. Only trouble is that things are often missing price tags and you need to ask at the counter. Ownership is friendly, though.
My favorite spot in the neighborhood. Best customer service and most friendly people here. Huge selection of beer, alcohol and wine, as well have a good assortment of snack and actual food. If you're near and don't want to wait in line to grab a few things for the day, this is your place!
The guys up at the front are friendly and always there to help with I feel overwhelmed with selections. The neighborhood is better than most other liquor stores in Oakland and is well lit as night. As a woman who often travels alone, I feel safe coming here and seeing the same staff there to help time and time again
